Due to the nature of our products and strict quality assurance standards, all sales made through NOVACYL are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance.
However, customer satisfaction remains a top priority for us. If you experience an issue with your order—such as receiving an incorrect item, missing products, or damage during transit—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly investigate and assist.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please include the following details in your email:

- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable), especially in cases of damage or incorrect items
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your concern is validated, we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement shipment or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

- We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or use of products after delivery
- Shipping delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control
- Requests submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review
